Sometimes you think something very deeply, and by the time passes you start forgetting what was in your thought, but the mind remembers it, and that crave or desire becomes so intense that you yourself can't believe that thing has become your goal or objective and you have to work hard to achieve it, and when you don't get it, your mind ( I should rather say that thought makes the body deadener) shows a dull feeling and your body also works that way....
Then a stage comes when you have to believe your body symptoms that you are depressed even if you don't agree to yourself that it's the reality, and you have to make yourself thought free...I think I have faced tad more difficulties than the thing made me depressed...that's the truth and I have to pull back myself from that disgusting feeling of my mind....
